Melanie Johnson

Melanie Johnson has over 15 years of experience working in affordable housing management. She began her career at Preservation Management, Inc (PMI), worked at the Caleb Group for several years, departed to work for XYZ and has returned to assume the role and responsibilities of Director of Property Management. Melanie has her COS, CP3, and TACCS certificates. A lifelong Mainer, she enjoys traveling the open roads on the back of a motorcycle during the summer months.
