Highland House is a community of 36 units of affordable housing for people 62 years of age or people with disabilities (regardless of age). The community room is popular among residents as they gather together for movie night and other social functions. Owned by The Caleb Group since 2012, Highland House is managed by Ahead. The Caleb Group provides resident service coordination to assist in linking residents to the services they need within the community. This property does not allow smoking indoors.
This is a Project Based Section 8 property. Residents must income qualify.
