Mohawk Forest is a 190-unit townhouse and garden style community nestled in the Berkshires on the outskirts of North Adams. Mohawk Forest was fully rehabbed in 2022. This project is an example of intergenerational collaboration working to build community and enhance the lives of all the residents. The Caleb Group provides resident service coordination to assist in linking residents to the services they need within the community.
