This peaceful community is located on a quiet side street in a residential section of Sanford. It is a pretty wooded property that has lots of open space and well maintained grounds. The Caleb Group provides resident service coordination to assist in connecting residents to the services they need. This property does not allow smoking indoors.
This family community is a combination of Low-Income Tax Credit Housing and Home Units. Residents must income qualify.
