Kenduskeag Terrace is a community of 40 units of affordable housing for elderly people and people with disabilities. The original building was once a church along the Underground Railroad to Canada and today provides community space for resident functions. Residents often congregate together at the community center to socialize and enjoy programming. The Caleb Group provides resident service coordination to assist in linking residents to the services they need within the community. This property does not allow smoking indoors.
